After changing jobs a few months ago, I was assigned the task of becoming the lead in our office for Microsoft Project software. After purchasing the software, getting it installed, and trying to use the Help functions, I knew our Agency needed a training professional. Several years ago, I worked with Chris Day of A1Enterprise on a huge conversion project from WordPerfect to MSWord. This was for a medium sized law office and the task was daunting.
