A1 Enterprise Project Tracker
Customer, project, and task reporting system.
The A1 Enterprise Project Tracker can be used to track and maintain information about customers, projects, tasks, change orders, customer invoicing, employee hours and payment history, and subcontractor hours and payment history as an example. The Tracker was designed to give an organization the option to define the subject matter from within the tool itself, which then gives the organization using the Tracker full control over how to group, categorize, and store information.
This web based project management tool, when implemented as a Project Management tool, enables a project team and the project owners to communicate at their convenience through what we call project forums. This system also has a built in timecard application that tracks team work hours on a project giving a project manager instance access to project time and cost data. With the timecard application comes a client billing system that tracks what team hours were billed to the client and when. It is easy for a project manager to then see how much profit the company makes by comparing what is billed out (project billing rates) and what is paid out to the team (team labor rates). This system also allows project owners, or clients, to provide feedback to the team so that the team and the project manager can better serve the client needs. The A1 Enterprise Project Tracker includes a fully customizable Customer Portal that allows each customer that is granted access the ability to login to a user form that resembles the customer's own intranet or website. This gives each user an inherent familiarity with the Tracker from the start which encourages user participation and ownership.
This web based application may also be used as a CRM application that tracks customers and leads. Each customer can be identified as a member of an organization and then grouped with other members and assigned a status. A user with such permission may also assign a lead to a sales rep for follow up and the sales rep, upon following up, may document ongoing communication with the customer. Sales managers and sales reps may both search documented information by keyword, by customer, or by customer or lead assignment to retrieve valuable information. Each customer or series of customers may also be assigned a unique status that may be specific to that customer or to meet the need of a specific industry.
Automatic email notifications and email notification attachments keep all interested parties involved with a lead, a customer, or a project in the loop. For those interested in finance, the A1 Project Tracker includes customer, project, task, and resource hours, time, and costs reports to measure the level of investment in any given customer, project, or task. The Tracker automatically calculates gross and net profit and loss for each customer and project based on resource payment as compared to customer revenue. |
