To accomplish this, we thoroughly organized the site into easily understood sections so the unfamiliar user can clearly navigate. One service includes a contact database that offers sophisticated search tools based on location, descriptions, and keywords. The strength in this project is giving the site administrators all necessary tools for managing site content. Administrative Assistants can post and expire news articles, images, links, files, membership information, and registration forms as needed saving time conducting site clean up. The administrative utilities of this site make managing site content and exposure of company data so easy for an admin to manage and a user to view thereby saving ample time and costs programming or creating new content. Like the Event Registration system, this system excels in flexibility.

Tracks and reports OSHA specified and required data on occupational injuries and workman's compensation. If, in your workplace, you have ever had to longhand an OSHA regulatory report that lists injuries at your facility, you would know what a task this can be. This system lets your organization track such events, and all related costs as well as the progression of the injury. We accomplished a unique requirement of this system enabling users to easily create and manage their own custom sorts and filters. This offers quick and easy data manipulation for building custom report lists for rapid, on-the-fly reporting needs.

Here, we upgraded less-than-user-friendly reports with a set of web based reports that accomplished two goals:

1. Everyone in the company can now access their own data any time and in their requested format with ease.

2. The time required to run reports we cut in half by leveraging additional database technologies and practices, making web based reporting a possibility.

In this project, we also gave the users the ability to export their web based report into an excel spreadsheet for further data manipulation and sorting.

Library Tracking System
A library-type filing system of submittals, proposals, engineering projects, and contractors for easy search and retrieval functions. This system tells who has what documents and files checked out (from the library) as well as where to find the physical files. Administrators run labels to tag each document file for physical file storage and retrieval.
