About the CEO
In 2000 I decided to become a software trainer at a local computer training center. Knowing the challenges within the technology market in 1999 and 2000, I felt that nothing whatsoever could stand in my way or even slow me down from my obtaining this job. I had no prior software background other than using a word processor to write mid terms and final projects, and I had no prior teaching experience. Accompanied with my absolute determination to win this position I had my first professional experience with software by teaching people how to use it.
In less than one year I had multiple requests to create custom software for local businesses and colleagues. Once again, having no background in starting or running a software design firm, I hired resources and started a service based software company in the Santa Cruz/Monterey region which has now endured the first 7 years in business solely on word of mouth marketing and referral.
Since 2001 to date the Team at A1 Enterprise has completed over 35 custom software systems for large scale and diverse customers throughout the Northern California region. Our team has also implemented an incredibly sophisticated and disciplined design process. With each project we invest additional knowledge to better serve the needs of both existing and new customers.
I have factored my degree in psychology and communication into creating a successful business by understanding and listening to the needs of the people and companies we help. In addition to the years developing software I obtained my A.S. degree in Construction and Energy Management in 2007 at a local college. With my own experience and with the experience of our professional staff I encourage you to offer A1 an opportunity to demonstrate to you or one of your managers how A1 can help you meet your business goals while meeting or exceeding the quality and value of any software competitor.
Coming up on 2008 A1 Enterprise has now debuted 3 lines of software products, I invite you to join me in a year of growth for your own organization by seriously considering the following question:
In what ways can you improve your organization and how you would go about making these improvements?
